Welcome to ZygoSoft! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for trainers using our platform. By registering as a trainer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following:
Trainers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Trainers must maintain professional behavior and provide honest, high-quality training services. Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
All materials you upload or share on ZygoSoft must be your original work or properly licensed. You retain ownership of your content but grant ZygoSoft a license to display it on the platform.
Trainers will receive payments for approved trainings and services as per our payout policies. ZygoSoft is not responsible for external financial transactions outside the platform.
ZygoSoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate trainer accounts for violation of terms, misconduct, or inactivity.
ZygoSoft is not liable for any personal or financial losses resulting from using the platform. Trainers are solely responsible for their services and content.
Trainers must Refund money paid to him by clients in a case he failed to deliver the exact training he/she claimed to possess. And must ensure the agreed training duration are met .
We may update these terms periodically. Trainers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
